  • 2

Check for overlapping or competing activities
  • 3

Stimulate collaboration and exchange of expectations
  • 4

Must be no more than 40 minutes long and focus on critical KRs
  • 5

They should start with OKRs and end with other topics
  • 6

Weights or rules for measuring the importance of KRs should not be assigned. All are important. If not, they shouldn't be listed.

    DEVELOPING A MANAGEMENT CYCLE

Right after the executive group defines the Strategic OKRs, it is important to consider the opinion of the teams and validate the strategic vision that is presented. After all, it is the team that will have the most contact in the execution of the strategy.

This movement of the executive's involvement with the teams and therefore a possible adjustment in the Strategic OKRs we call a bidirectional movement. The involvement of everyone is important to support the strategic OKRs, as they will relate to the same objective.
