The goal is for OKR focal points in companies to be trained to replicate key OKR concepts and help people get on board with the methodology early in the process. Unlike the OKR Coach, which is 100% dedicated to the OKR process, the Master acts in his day-to-day normally while supporting other colleagues to understand the OKR principles from an early stage.

This program is designed for professionals who want to increase their skills and want to be part of the changemaker community.
