OKR Mentorship

Our proposal with OKR mentoring is to share our experience and know-how, acquired as executives of large companies and as consultants for our clients.

We want to empower people and organizations so that they can strengthen their management culture with OKRs.

OKR mentoring is recommended for companies that have been using OKR for some time, but need help solving certain difficulties with managing the OKR model.

It consists of frequent sessions with a group of mentees, guided by an OKR Matrix consultant who will help with suggestions for improvements, reference content and good practices, always based on the problems presented by the group. The OKR Matrix consultant will not carry out the application of the improvements, but will provide all the information and tools necessary for the realization by the assisted group.

OKR Mentorship can also be interesting for companies that have not yet implemented and want to understand if they are at the right time to start the process. It is very important that CEOs and their teams are fully engaged to implement. Prior mentoring can bring greater visibility and tranquility to take the first step in this transformation process.

The mentoring format is always defined based on the pains and needs of each company, it can be a one-off activity or with a customized format.
