In our OKR deployments, the need to empower professionals to be leaders in the transformation process is increasingly clear. Having a sustainable strategic alignment with a long-term focus and engagement is a critical success factor.
OKR Coaching, done exclusively in-company, was designed for these people, who are already or will be responsible for the implementation of OKR in their companies or business units.

The program includes certification, which elevates the knowledge level from an OKR Master to an OKR Deployment Consultant, as well as mentoring and follow-up sessions throughout the remainder of the deployment cycle.
All themes and formats can be customized based on the expected result.
There are 12 intense hours of training with concepts, techniques and tools and the follow-up of OKR Masters during a 10-week cycle.

As passionate about OKR, our first step will be to align our Final Goal and with that, outline the best format for the OKR Coaching Program.
In addition to certification, we carry out a consistent follow-up (during at least 1 quarter), weekly or biweekly, which allows the quick identification of knowledge, skill needs and/or a review of practices, which ensures that the team has learned to execute. In this format, we bring immediate value delivery, not only to those who are part of the group, but also to the company that is implementing OKR.
OKR Coaching is made up of two steps. The first step is an advanced OKR training (12 hours) enabling internal people to lead the OKR process in the company. In the second stage, we accompanied this same team with frequent mentoring meetings, supporting the group in the difficulties encountered along the OKR implementation journey.
OKR Consulting is composed of a complete OKR implementation and executed 100% by the OKR Matrix team, covering the key phases below:
- Contextualization of the company's strategy and culture
- Definition of an OKR governance
- OKR Training – Executives and internal OKR multipliers
- Construction of the company's OKRs
- Monitoring the 1st quarterly OKR cycle
- Survey of improvements in the OKR process
