OKR mentoring is recommended for companies that have been using OKR for a while, but need help solving certain difficulties with OKR. It consists of frequent sessions with a group of mentees, guided by an OKR Matrix consultant who will help with suggestions for improvements, reference content and good practices, always based on the problems presented by the group.
