A NEW WAY TO WORK

Over 8 years ago, our co-founder and CEO, Tony" as he is known, began his journey of OKR deployments in Brazil, after being responsible for the deployment as an executive of Thomson Reuters in the US.

In Brazil and already in partnership with George Eich, co-founder of OKR Matrix, he led one of the best known cases, that of Nextel and Somos Educação. Since then, we have already added more than 200 implementations in more than 8 countries with fantastic cases in companies such as iFood, Alea, Distrito, KPMG, Grupo Gen, Nordestão, Synapcom, among many others that continue with us promoting the transformation that so much we wish to see.

Today, we act as an OKR boutique consultancy, specializing not only in the implementation of OKRs, but also in the continuous transformation desired with a culture of performance management (CPM).

In addition to consulting, we offer mentoring, certifications, training and OKR Coaching

Before the OKR Matrix, we also experienced OKR implementations as executives in the areas of business and/or people management and, therefore, we understand the pain of the process.

He is an international speaker on OKR and Agile management models. He is a Mentor at Uppy People First, Excella Health and a Premium Mentor at SCORE (USA), where he supports young American entrepreneurs to structure their businesses through agile models

He has 13 years of experience in the areas of digital transformation, strategic planning, market intelligence, pricing, project management and sales.
In the digital transformation team, he was responsible for the implementation of agile models, actively working in innovation ecosystems as a mentor in hackathons and Bootcamps.
OKR Matrix consultant, expert in OKR mentoring and implementation, leads lectures and workshops helping companies in digital transformation.

EXPERIENCE
Specialist in continuous performance management and design and development of lean strategies, he is responsible for the implementation of OKR, in small to large companies. Co-Founder of CoBlue and entrepreneur for over 11 years, he is responsible for business development in various sectors such as: Performance Management, Technology, Marketing, Fashion and Gastronomy. As a mentor, he worked in the Startups SC - Coaching program to implement a continuous performance model in more than 300 startups and in the ACE + Google Launchpad - Development, workshops and diagnosis of Startup OKRs. He was also a mentor at Startup Weekend - Mentoring and Coaching to validate the business idea.
He works with Coaching for Retail leaders, Marketing Management for Retail and is an MBA professor in the disciplines of Knowledge Management, Innovation and Marketing.
