WHAT ARE THE MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN SCRUM MASTER AND OKR MASTER?

As an OKR Master you get more into strategy. As a Scrum Master you work more with execution teams. Both work on stakeholder management.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AS THE OKR MASTER?

A reference role in the OKR process. Help teams organize the agenda and streamline the alignment process. You can't implement it and then drop it. Knowing how to properly separate the role of OKR Master and my role as manager within the company so that people do not understand that we are using the OKR Master's weight in decisions. In addition to indicating contents, books and articles.

HOW IMPORTANT WAS IT INVESTING IN OKR STUDIES AND KNOWLEDGE? WHAT ARE THE CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS?

Investing in studies should not be exclusive to OKR, but to everything we propose to do. John Doerr's Book helped us with cases and good practices. Recycling the OKR concept with training always helps to keep the methodology alive. In John Doerr's Book, he brings experiences from American companies, but we have to keep in mind that companies have different realities and we need to adapt to our reality and what we need.

TIPS FOR OKR MASTER FUNCTION

• You need to do a lot of training in facilitating meetings and orienting groups on methodology.
• Actively work with stakeholders on their roles in the process.
• Identify problems and align group expectations with leadership.
• Ask questions about the methodology.
• Be patient at the beginning to give this support.
