GOAL

The purpose of this certification is to develop skills, sharing our experience with our cases and best practices, methodology and tools to accelerate the transformation process to an agile management model, whether in large companies or Startups.

WHO THIS CERTIFICATION IS FOR

OKR Coach is aimed at professionals who are responsible for implementing OKRs in their companies and Startups and who need to lead the process, defining its format and carrying out continuous improvements, acting as a Coach and reference to accelerate its correct application.

PREREQUISITES

The prerequisite is to have working knowledge of OKR and, preferably, to be leading the OKR process within your company, or being a focal point of OKRs.

    2. Build strategic OKRs from a predefined strategy
    3. Connecting Tactical OKRs to Strategic OKRs (Nested Cadence)
    4. Define initiatives for executing the strategy

    Module III

    OKR GOVERNANCE AS A DIFFERENTIAL

    • How to sustain the management of OKRs;
    • Differentiating roles of OKR leaders;
    • Running check-ins and other rituals;
    • Executing the OKR cycle exchange

    1. Define OKR process roles and responsibilities
    2. Design the ceremonies and OKR timeline
    3. Conduct forward-looking OKR check-in rituals

    PRINCIPLES OF AGILE MANAGEMENT AND CULTURE

    • Diagnosis of the organizational context under the agile management culture

    1. Knowing how to evaluate the connection between management indicators, goals, bonuses and OKRs
    2. Lead the governance review of OKRs
    3. Knowing how to direct the use of OKRs considering cultural and business model aspects
    4. Structuring plan for strengthening and maturation of deployments already started

    Can I take this certification if I don't have intermediate OKR knowledge?

    No. Intermediate knowledge is defined by being leading an OKR process within the company or as an external OKR consultant. If you don't have intermediate knowledge, but want to know about OKRs, we recommend the OKR Master certificate from the OKR Matrix.

    Will the classes be recorded and made available later?

    No. The great wealth of this certification is the online and live participation of the participants, contributing and exchanging experiences. Non-attendance compromises the content and quality of learning.
